We are currently looking for a "Junior Compliance Consultant" to reinforce our team working on projects. Your mission The Junior Compliance Consultant is tasked with ensuring adherence to legal standards and internal policies within the company. They will enforce regulations across various business levels and provide guidance on compliance issues. The role involves understanding and communicating regulatory changes, especially those pertaining to the EU, and developing compliance programs. The consultant will also review company policies and advise on potential risks. Your profile Proficient in Dutch and English, with conversational French Holds a degree in Business, Regulatory Affairs, Public Affairs, or Law Solid understanding of EU and national laws (Dora, privacy, NIS2) 1 year of experience in the relevant fields is preferred (open to candidates without experience) Ability to think innovatively and provide customer-oriented advice on regulatory matters Knowledge of risk management, with the ability to consult on regulatory and IT risks Excellent drafting and analytical skills Capable of building strong working relationships both internally and externally Able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Basic cybersecurity knowledge is desirable We offer Do you want to be part of a Great Place To Work certified company?
