Bingoal is een Belgisch bedrijf met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in het aanbieden van online en offline sportweddenschappen, paardenrennen en casinospelen. Vandaag is Bingoal een dynamisch en ambitieuze onderneming die op zoek is naar een gepassioneerde Customer Service Agent . In die hoedanigheid helpt u het Operations team bij de ondersteuning van klanten en spelers om hun tevredenheid te garanderen.
Als Customer Service Agent:
beantwoordt u per telefoon en/of e-mail praktische en technische vragen (het aanmaken van een account, spelprocedures, ...) van klanten en spelers
coördineert u, wanneer nodig, met de verschillende afdelingen (IT, marketing, ...)
draagt u bij tot de voortdurende verbetering van de dienstverlening aan klanten en spelers en de werking van het team
U hecht veel belang aan klantentevredenheid en de kwaliteit van de service
U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans
U kan makkelijk overweg met technologieën en kan vlot werken met Excel
U bent bereid in Brussel (Laeken) te werken en heeft flexibele avond- en weekenduren
Affiniteit met sport , paardenrennen en/of kansspelen is een troef
Een contract van onbepaalde duur, met aantrekkelijke loonvoorwaarden en extralegale voordelen naargelang uw ervaring en vaardigheden
