We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage comprehensive IT operations for our Brussels office part-time. This role encompasses end-user support, system administration, vendor management, and cybersecurity responsibilities. End-user Support: Software Licensing: License management, SaaS contracts
Password Management: 1Password administration, user onboarding, and user training
Administration: Google Workspace management (user accounts, permissions, security settings)
Asset Management: IT inventory tracking, hardware lifecycle management, procurement coordination
Some experience with security awareness training
Data security and sharing permissions management
Vendor & Service Management
Telecommunications management (experience with Proximus or similar ISPs preferred)
Incident logging, tracking, and resolution with external support providers
Service level agreement (SLA) monitoring

3-5 years of IT support experience in a small to medium-sized organization
~ Experience working in a Belgian business environment (understanding of local vendors and practices)

Adaptable to changing technology environments
