In onze afdeling Group Credit Risk vind je een sterke teamspirit. We nemen kredietbeslissingen op het hoogste niveau, beheren kredietrisico's, stellen beleidsrichtlijnen op en rapporteren aan toezichthouders en leidinggevenden. Jouw focus in ons team? Kredietaanvragen van ondernemingen analyseren om er vervolgens een advies over te formuleren. Dat doe je voor (potentiële) klanten uit een brede waaier aan sectoren en landen . Variatie en uitdaging verzekerd dus Naast je collega’s in België werk je ook nauw samen met collega’s uit onze andere thuismarkten (Tsjechië, Slovakije, Hongarije en Bulgarije) en de buitenlandse filialen van KBC Bank. Dat geeft je job een interessante internationale dimensie. Functieomschrijving Je formuleert onafhankelijke kredietadviezen , op basis waarvan collega’s een finale beslissing nemen over kredietaanvragen. Deze kredietaanvragen worden je bezorgd door medewerkers uit ons nationaal en internationaal commercieel netwerk. Je bespreekt de aanvraag met de Relatiebeheerder en analyseert alle relevante elementen. Je streeft met een kritische blik naar een evenwicht tussen commerciële elementen uit een dossier en de risico’s. Gaandeweg groei je uit tot kredietexpert en draag je steeds actiever bij tot opleidingen, mentorships, projecten en werkgroepen. Kennis en ervaringen delen vinden we belangrijk. Jij ook? Profiel Je hebt een masterdiploma , bijvoorbeeld in (Toegepaste) Economie of Rechten. Bij voorkeur heb je al enige ervaring met financiële analyse of ben je goed vertrouwd met kredieten. Het lukt je vlot om doeltreffende analyses te maken van complexe dossiers. Je communiceert helder en gestructureerd in het Engels . Dat is de voertaal op de werkvloer en in contacten met buitenlandse collega’s. Je kijkt ernaar uit om economische en sociale evoluties te onderzoeken, zodat je die kan meenemen in je advies.
