Voor een van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Product Owner. Jij wordt de trekkende kracht die, "leading by example", samen met een gespecialiseerd team de technologische toekomst verder uitbouwt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Visie & Roadmap: Je draagt de end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor de productvisie, roadmap en waardeprioritering rondom complexe infrastructuur en technische regie-omgevingen. Technologische Transitie: Je stuurt de transitie aan van traditionele naar IP-gebaseerde workflows, inclusief software-based systemen, grafische omgevingen en gespecialiseerde Hardware-integraties. De Brugfunctie: Je bent de schakel tussen techniek, de eindgebruikers en het management. Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar een haalbare backlog met maximale businesswaarde. Teamontwikkeling: Samen met de Team Coach zorg je voor een autonome, wendbare en lerende ploeg die blind op elkaar kan vertrouwen. Vertegenwoordiging: Je bent het gezicht van het team naar interne en externe partijen en staat in voor een constructieve, oplossingsgerichte samenwerking. Wie zoeken we? Je beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Product Owner. Je bent een echte bruggenbouwer die vlot netwerkt met diverse stakeholders en externe partners. Je bent communicatief sterk en stelt het team in staat om te groeien in autonomie en expertise. Je voelt je thuis tussen zowel engineers als eindgebruikers. Je hebt ervaring met het analyseren van requirements en het gebruik van tools zoals Jira en Confluence. Ervaring met high-end netwerkstandaarden (zoals SMPTE 2110), software-defined media workflows en complexe Hardware-interfacing is een sterke troef. Een certificering als PSPO, CSPO of SAFe PO/PM geniet de voorkeur. Belangrijkste criteria (must haves) Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar als Product Owner met focus op productstrategie en roadmapbeheer Agile expertise: Een erkende certificering in Agile development (PO/PM) Affiniteit: Intrinsieke motivatie om te werken binnen een complexe content-productieomgeving Taal: Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (C2 niveau)
