Voor het Agentschap Vlaamse Dienst voor Arbeidsbemiddeling en Beroepsopleiding (VDAB), is Vlaanderen connect op zoek naar een: Data engineer AI
Als regisseur van de arbeidsmarkt heeft VDAB als doelstelling arbeidsmarktdata te verwerken en uit te wisselen. Het ecosysteem van bedrijven, organisaties en actoren waarmee VDAB samenwerkt, wordt daarbij steeds complexer en diverser. Om in dit snel veranderende landschap wendbaar te blijven, is de inzet van slimme systemen op basis van data en artificiële intelligentie essentieel.
VDAB is dan ook op zoek naar een nieuwe medewerker die het team van data scientists kan ondersteunen bij het automatiseren van data pipelines en het in productie brengen van onze modellen en applicaties.
Vlaanderen connect biedt een contract van 38 uur voor onbepaalde duur en een competitief salarispakket met:
~ Thuiswerk Middelen en mogelijkheden tot thuiswerk
~ Tegemoetkoming in de kosten van school vakantieopvang
Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van data pipelines en ETL data flows
Ontwikkelen in Python en (Py)Spark
Ontwikkelen in een Cloud omgeving
Je documenteert en levert functionele en technische metadata op
Technische kennis
Python, (Py)Spark, AWS, GIT, Airflow (nice to have),
Je werkt 1 dag à 2 dagen in Brussel, op wandelafstand van het station Brussel Noord.
Jouw toekomstig team
Het team bestaat momenteel uit een 30 tal teamleden, waaronder we de rollen van data scientist, data engineer, devops, en project manager terugvinden. Daarnaast hebben we een Lead Data Scientist die de data scientists aanstuurt, een Lead Data Engineer die de data engineers aanstuurt en een portfolio manager die het AI portfolio beheert en de project managers aanstuurt.
Volgende technologieën worden er gebruikt binnen het team: Python, (Py)Spark, AWS, GIT, Airflow (nice to have), Docker (nice to have), Front end development (nice to have)
