We're seeking a driven Sales Executive / Account manager to grow our customer base across Belgium and France, helping businesses reduce waste, save costs, and hit their sustainability goals. What You'll Do Lead national and French market prospecting — identifying and engaging high-potential customers. Build and manage a portfolio of B2B clients in manufacturing, logistics, and related sectors. Develop tailored, sustainable packaging solutions that deliver measurable impact. Be the trusted advisor — building long-term relationships with decision-makers. Champion the circular economy and help shape industry best practices. Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. (Mandatory) A natural hunter with strong relationship-building skills. Great listener with persuasive communication skills at all levels. Entrepreneurial, persistent, and driven by results. Passionate about sustainability and innovation.
