Technical Project Manager – Migration to Web Platform Location: Kontich / Hybrid

We're embarking on one of the most exciting transformations in our company's history — migrating our Facility client-based application into a next-generation web platform that's faster, smarter, and built for scale.
To lead this mission, we're looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution.
Someone who can turn complexity into clarity, who understands both the code and the context, and who knows how to drive results across teams with confidence and empathy.
Own the migration roadmap from legacy client application to a fully modernized web ecosystem.
Partner with engineering leads, architects, and product managers to define the strategy, scope, and technical milestones of the migration.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA, UX) — ensuring seamless alignment and momentum.
Oversee data and API migration, infrastructure evolution, and user experience continuity.
Champion engineering excellence and delivery discipline while keeping morale high and vision clear.
5+ years of technical project management or engineering leadership experience.
~ Proven success in migration or modernization programs (desktop → web, on-prem → cloud, monolith → microservices, etc.).
~ Solid understanding of web architectures (React, Angular, or similar), backend systems (.NET, Node.js, Java), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
~ Strong command of Agile frameworks, with a knack for orchestrating complex projects and multiple teams.
~ Background in software engineering or systems architecture.
Experience in API design, data migration, or cloud-native refactoring.
Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe.
You'll work alongside a forward-thinking management and a world-class engineering team who believe in innovation, transparency, and excellence.
