AI Sector Lead – Corporates KPMG Belgium – Lighthouse (Data & AI)

KPMG Lighthouse is the Data & AI Center of Excellence within KPMG Belgium. As the AI Sector Lead for Corporates, you will drive our AI strategy and market growth within the corporate segment. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Consumer & Retail, Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing and other key industries to translate business challenges into AI-enabled transformation opportunities.

You will act as a trusted advisor to executive clients and guide multidisciplinary teams across the full AI lifecycle.

Lead the AI value proposition for the Corporates sector, shaping go-to-market strategies and defining priority offerings.
Translate complex business problems into AI and data-driven solutions, working closely with Lighthouse teams in AI & Transformation, Data Governance, Data Architecture and AAML.
Guide end-to-end delivery of AI programs (strategy, use-case design, data readiness, model development, implementation and change management).
Act as sector thought leader by creating viewpoints, participating in events and supporting marketing initiatives.
Coach and mentor team members, contributing to capability development across Data & AI.
Safeguard quality, compliance, ethical AI standards and responsible data usage throughout engagements.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Data, AI or Digital Transformation within a corporate environment or consultancy.
Consumer & Retail, Energy & Utilities, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Logistics, Telco, or related corporate industries.
Proven commercial and delivery track record: shaping proposals, winning projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Understanding of data governance, architecture, model lifecycle management and responsible AI principles.
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
A natural leader with strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking and coaching capabilities.
