The Business and IT Solutions department is seeking a Functional Analyst with a strong interest in digital communication and marketing. You have solid analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of IT systems and digital platforms, and you can translate technical requirements into functional solutions for our organization.
You will work closely with business analysts and software engineers in Agile teams to correctly assess end-user needs and translate them into high-quality functional analyses.
Managing and technically improving our website and digital platforms
Supporting the technical integration of social media, our email tool, the website and other digital platforms within our digital ecosystem
Providing technical support and optimizing online marketing campaigns
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Knowledge of both national languages (basic knowledge of the second language is required, along with the willingness to further develop it)
Strong attention to quality and detail
Actively and creatively seek answers and share them with the team
