to strengthen our Investor Solutions team. Position is full-time, permanent and located in Antwerp, Belgium. As Manager, Fund Development, you will play a key role in fundraising and investor engagement, ensuring the smooth execution of business development strategies at Incofin. This position is instrumental in building and maintaining investor relationships, managing due diligence processes, leading RFP development, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
Your expertise in private equity, impact investing, and blended finance models will be essential in shaping Incofin's outreach and positioning in the market.'

Act as a primary point of contact for investors on select funds and mandates, ensuring high-quality, consistent communication.
Participate in investor meetings, both independently and alongside senior management, ensuring thorough follow-ups and relationship management.

Manage investor due diligence processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely responses.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure investors receive accurate performance data, impact metrics, and portfolio updates.

RFP Development & Strategic Proposals
Take ownership of the development and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for new mandates and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, financials, and impact data, crafting compelling proposals.
Business Development Strategy Implementation
Execute Incofin's business development strategy, ensuring effective investor outreach and engagement.
Provide insights to senior leadership on market trends, investor priorities, and new fund structure opportunities.
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in fundraising, investor relations, or financial services. 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, business development, consulting, or financial services.
~ Strong understanding of impact investing, private equity, financial structuring, and blended finance models.
~ Excellent project management and proposal writing skills, with experience leading RFP submissions.
~ Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex investment and impact data.
~ High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM tools (HubSpot), and Power BI.
~ Full fluency (both in written and verbal) in Dutch, French and English is a mandatory requirement due to the nature of the role (please note that we cannot be flexible with this requirement).
~ As Manager, Fund Development, you will be at the heart of global impact investing, working alongside investors, DFIs, and innovative enterprises to scale investments in financial inclusion, sustainable food systems, and clean water access.
