Analyse: Opzetten van Spare Parts Management: In kaart brengen en bepalen van de essentiële spare parts die noodzakelijk zijn voor een snelle en effectieve herstelling van kritieke assets alsook voor preventief onderhoud. Op basis hiervan bepaal je voorraadniveaus door de minimale en maximale voorraden per onderdeel vast te stellen rekening houdend met levertijden en het risico op stilstand.
Ontwikkeling en implementatie van onderhoudsplannen: Dit omvat zowel preventief onderhoud als predictief onderhoud. Je communiceert en spart met verschillende teams (techniekers en productie-ingenieurs) om jouw theoretische risicoanalyses en onderhoudsstrategieën te vertalen naar praktische en haalbare actieplannen op de werkvloer.
Borgen van operational excellence: preHet centraal borgen van de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en operationele continuïteit binnen de gehele productie-omgeving. Je bent in staat om bruggen te bouwen tussen engineering, productie & maintenance.
