Want een job op maat, dat smaakt De job van een Business Process Analyst Als Business Process Analyst breng je de processen van verschillende afdelingen binnen Meat&More in kaart en werk je verbetervoorstellen uit. Het doel? Zorgen dat onze medewerkers en middelen optimaal worden ingezet en dat de processen effectief en efficiënt verlopen. Je brengt de huidige processen van verschillende afdelingen in kaart door diepgaande overlegmomenten met de betrokken medewerkers. Je slaagt erin concrete noden scherp te stellen en geoptimaliseerde totaaloplossingen te realiseren samen met alle betrokkenen. Je formuleert daartoe ook zelf verbetervoorstellen op basis van je analyse.Je definieert relevante KPI's om de processen op te volgen en last een follow-upmoment in om dit te evalueren. Je helpt op een projectmatige manier mee aan de implementatie van de nieuwe processen. Je neemt een actieve rol op in lopende projecten binnen de eigen procesafdeling. Profiel Hierin herken je jezelf Je redeneert op masterniveau en kan terugvallen op een eerste gedegen ervaring in een vergelijkbare positie. Kennis van BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) is een belangrijke troef. Je bent analytisch ingesteld en verdiept je graag in de details. Je kan de details plaatsen binnen het grotere geheel. Je kan omgaan met verandering en stemt de processen hierop af. Je kan vlot samenwerken en communiceren met anderen.
