Vous avez une première expérience de la production alimentaire et de la qualité ?
Afin de soutenir le département des opérations et le département de la qualité, nous recherchons un nouvel assistant qui partagera son temps entre les deux départements et effectuera notamment les tâches suivantes :
assister le responsable des opérations dans la coordination de la production et l'élaboration du planning.
assurer la livraison des commandes dans les délais conformément aux attentes et aux règles de sécurité, de qualité, d'hygiène.
effectuer des travaux administratifs : suivre les commandes, contacter les clients, documenter la production, préparation et vérification des étiquettes, etc.
contribuer à l'amélioration continue du système de qualité.
Dans le département qualité :
de manière générale, sous la responsabilité du manager qualité, apporter du soutien pour garantir le respect des normes de qualité et la gestion des documents associés.
contribuer à la mise en place et au suivi des normes de qualité (HACCP, BRC, etc.).
effectuer des contrôles qualité sur les matières premières, les produits en cours de fabrication et les produits finis.
sensibiliser et aider les équipes de production en matière de qualité, d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

Notre client est une entreprise de catering fondée en 2006 qui emploie environ 50 personnes. Sa passion pour la cuisine se manifeste par une large gamme de produits frais de qualité et sa volonté d'offrir un service à qualité constante à tous ses clients.

vous êtes fort sur le plan administratif et vous travaillez de manière organisée, méticuleuse et stricte
vous êtes flexible et disposé à travailler 1 dimanche sur 3 que vous pouvez récupérer la semaine suivante
votre connaissance du français et de l'anglais est excellente
la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
