Manage the corporate secretarial functions of investment firms
Significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the alternative investment funds sector in Luxembourg, an experience in Private Equity and Real Estate funds is an asset
Graduated in Law or Corporate Law
Strong project management and coordination skills
Excellent command of French and English, knowledge of any other European language would be an asset
