Als Administration Analyst KYC ga je aan de slag met het controleren en verifiëren van belangrijke KYC-documenten. Je benut externe bronnen, voert diepgaande analyses uit en houdt nauw contact met relatiebeheerders. Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde teamspeler met oog voor detail en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Grijp deze kans en ontwikkel je carrière in een dynamische omgeving Solliciteer vandaag nog Beschrijving Jij controleert en verifieert de KYC-documenten die geregistreerd zijn in de systemen; Jij breidt je onderzoek uit door gebruik te maken van externe bronnen en specifieke databanken; Jij voert een analyse uit van het transactieprofiel van de klant; Indien nodig neem jij contact op met de relatiebeheerder om aanvullende informatie te verzamelen; Jij stelt een gedocumenteerde samenvatting op van de uitgevoerde analyse, met mogelijke escalatie naar de compliance-teams van de tweede lijn. Je profiel Is een gemotiveerde, nieuwsgierige en scherpzinnige professional die bereid is zich langdurig te committeren aan deze functie; Beschikt over minimaal een bachelordiploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van economie of rechtsgeleerdheid, en heeft wellicht al enige ervaring opgedaan met AML/KYC en onderzoeksprocessen; Heeft een sterke analytische mindset: in staat om complexe informatie te interpreteren en te analyseren; Is nauwkeurig: heeft oog voor detail en volgt procedures strikt na; Heeft een nieuwsgierige instelling: toont de bereidheid om situaties en mogelijke risico's grondig te doorgronden; Beschikt over organisatorisch vermogen: kan taken efficiënt beheren en prioriteiten stellen; Is communicatief sterk: in staat om duidelijke rapportages op te stellen en effectief samen te werken met verschillende teams; Toont ethisch bewustzijn: handelt met integriteit en respecteert vertrouwelijkheid; Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans en heeft een goed begrip van de andere taal, naast een degelijke basiskennis van het Engels.
