Fuse is a fast-growing real estate operator focused on transforming urban spaces for students and young professionals. We identify underutilized properties and convert them into dynamic living environments by combining housing, community, and events.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Head of Expansion to take a lead role in acquisitions, master leases, and service agreements, driving Fuse's strategic growth in new and existing markets.
This role requires a deep understanding of real estate acquisitions, master leases, and service agreements, as you will be analyzing various deal structures and negotiating the best possible terms.
Lead the expansion team, working with local Expansion Managers in each city who source acquisition, master lease, and service agreement deals.
Due Diligence & Financial Analysis:
Conduct thorough legal, financial, and market due diligence on all deals.
Perform financial modeling and investment analysis for acquisitions, master leases, and service agreements.
Work closely with legal teams and advisors to ensure compliance and deal security.
Oversee deal execution from sourcing to final contract signing.
Work with real estate, development, and operations teams to optimize the integration process.
5+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment, leasing, or a related field.
~ Existing network of real estate agents, property owners, and industry professionals is a strong plus.
~ Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling and investment analysis.
~ Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
