Role Overview
We are supporting a large organization in the financial services industry that is entering the development phase of a newly designed internal application. To reinforce the existing team and meet delivery timelines, we are looking for two Cloud-Native Java Developers .
You will work on an internal employee-facing application that applies business logic to route IT helpdesk tickets related to equipment and support requests. This role is not linked to banking products , and no banking domain knowledge is required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cloud-native Java applications
Implement business logic and workflow routing
Collaborate closely with the development team while working autonomously
Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively
Requirements
Strong experience as a Cloud-Native Java Developer
Solid Java development expertise
Experience working in a cloud-native environment
Ability to work independently in a modern setup
Nice to have:
Experience in large enterprise Java environments
Familiarity with complex internal systems and platforms
Soft Skills
Team-oriented and collaborative
Adaptable to changing requirements
Clear and proactive communicator
Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the team
