We're looking for a Medior Content Marketer for one of our clients' teams. NB: Employee or Freelance What are your responsibilities? Create and optimize content aligned with customer journeys and brand guidelines across owned and paid channels. Use of CMS to manage content, links, triggers, and images. Translate customer insights into persuasive content using behavioral design and nudging principles. Contribute to marketing automation campaigns (MVP journeys, lead flows) and segment-based content mapping. Implement SEO (incl. technical SEO), run A/B tests with clear KPIs using CRO tools, and apply continuous content optimization. Track performance via Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and ContentSquare; manage CID tagging and reporting. Integrate AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for ideation while respecting privacy and ethical standards. Work within Agile sprints, estimate workload, and contribute to content planning and budget input. What are your qualifications?2-5 years of experience as a Copywriter with a strong focus on customer-oriented content. Native-level Dutch is required. Proven experience in content creation, SEO, digital marketing, and A/B testing. Proficient in CMS (Sitecore, WordPress, etc), Photoshop, Hotjar, and Google tools (Search Console, Analytics). Familiar with GDPR, marketing automation tools, and behavioral design techniques. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven, storytelling approach. Excellent project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and sprint-based work ethic.
