Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Office & Project Assistant . Onze klant is gelegen in Gent-Centrum en dus super vlot bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Je komt terecht in een groeiend bedrijf dat actief is in een boeiende sector. Als Office & Project Assistant vervul je een sleutelrol in de ondersteuning van verschillende bedrijfsprocessen die essentieel zijn voor het succes van de onderneming. Je zal een tandem vormen met de Finance & Administration Manager. Rol : Verwerken van algemene administratie (o.a. hotels boeken, simkaarten regelen, koerierdiensten en materiaal bestellen) Coördineren van land-specifieke administratieve taken (bv. registers ophalen in Italië) Beheren, invullen, klasseren en verzenden van diverse documenten en formulieren Uitvoeren van administratieve taken m.b.t. asset management (injectiecontracten, aanvragen keuringen, data opvragen en rapportage) Assisteren bij opmaak, verwerking en opvolging van facturen, betalingen en boekhoudkundige dossiers Aanvragen van verzekeringen voor projecten Profiel : Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd Snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten gaat je goed af Kennis van administratieve processen en basis boekhouding is een plus Communicatief sterk en proactief in het aanpakken van taken Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, andere talen zijn een plus Je toont initiatief en hebt oog voor detail Aanbod : Een afwisselende functie binnen een internationale context Marktconform salaris en uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden (maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, woonwerkvergoeding, groepsverzekering, GSM, laptop, pensieonverzekering,...)
