Functie Ben jij accuraat, stressbestendig en zie jij jezelf als de onmisbare schakel binnen de supply chain bij onze klant gelegen te Koolskamp? Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou als supply chain bediende. Als supply chain bediende draai je mee in het hart van de Supply Chain-afdeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt: je zet bestelaanvragen moeiteloos om in inkooporders in SAP, waarna je ze feilloos overzet naar het lokale ERP-systeem. Met jouw inzet loopt de goederenstroom altijd op rolletjes – nauwkeurig, tijdig en zonder fouten. Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien in deze functie? Je vertaalt purchase requisitions naar purchase orders en stuurt ze slim door naar het juiste ERP-systeem Je houdt de voorraden nauwlettend in de gaten en schakelt razendsnel met de afdelingen Planning (voor beschikbaarheid) en Customer Service (voor duidelijke communicatie richting onze klanten) Je volgt de administratieve flow van beide ERP-systemen op de voet, waarbij je scherp let op de correctheid van processen én aantallen Kortom: ben jij degene die altijd het overzicht bewaart en ervoor zorgt dat de supply chain nooit stilvalt?
