Voor een van onze klanten in Turnhout zoeken we een Customer Success Coordinator die energie krijgt van klanten begeleiden, technische vragen stroomlijnen en echte impact maken in de groeiende wereld van duurzame energie en EV-oplossingen. Dit is de ideale rol voor iemand die: de connectie maakt tussen techniek & klant, graag eigenaarschap neemt, en wil bijdragen aan de energietransitie. Jouw impact Als Service Coordinator ben jij het gezicht voor klanten na de verkoop. Jij zorgt dat hun traject vlot loopt, dat technische vragen snel beantwoord worden en dat elke klant zich echt ondersteund voelt. Je krijgt veel autonomie, werkt met experten uit sales en service, en wordt de motor achter een topklantenervaring. Wat ga je doen? Nieuwe klanten warm verwelkomen en begeleiden in EV Charging & Power-oplossingen Technische en commerciële vragen beantwoorden op een begrijpelijke manier Als schakel fungeren tussen sales, service en techniek om problemen snel op te lossen Contractbeheer en opvolging van service-afspraken Actieve follow-up doen om klanten langdurig tevreden te houden Coördineren van voorraad en bestellingen van spare parts Signaleren van optimalisaties, upgrades en nieuwe opportuniteiten bij klanten Je bouwt mee aan continu verbeterende processen en klantgerichte innovaties Wat breng je mee? Een technische basis (elektromechanica, elektriciteit, energie of gelijkwaardig) Een natuurlijke klantgerichte flair, gecombineerd met sterke communicatieskills Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, en basis/operationele kennis van Frans Ervaring met B2B-klanten is een plus, maar geen must – motivatie en leergierigheid tellen evenveel Wat krijg je ervoor terug?
