Als onze Enterprise Infrastructure Architect (via Vlaanderen Connect), zal je in eerste instantie de I&T Operations Director bij staan; je bepaalt pro-actief de richting om de portfolio van huidige en toekomstige I&T Operations oplossingen nauw te laten aansluiten bij de business objectieven.

I&T Operations is verantwoordelijk voor de dagdagelijkse werking van alle Informatie & Technologie componenten zoals laptops, netwerk, telefonie, applicatie infrastructuur en applicaties (1st level ondersteuning). De domein verantwoordelijkheden omvatten

  • Applicaties en software: oplossingen voor MDM, virtualisatie, unified communications & collaboration, disaster recovery, Osen,...
  • technologieën op vlak van netwerken (SDN, netwerk en infra convergentie,...) Storage (NAS, SAN, object Storage,..), compute (Hardware server infrastructuur,...)
  • informatie oplossingen vb CMDB

Wat doe je (graag)?

  • Je bepaalt de VDAB Enterprise Infrastructure Architectuur op basis van jouw beleidslijnen en bewaakt deze.
  • Je bent eigenaar van de I&T Operations Infrastructuur Roadmap.
  • Je ontwerpt samenhangende oplossingen op vlak van eindgebruikers infrastructuur, netwerk, telefonie en applicatie infrastructuur. Hierbij hou je rekening met de verschillende verplichtingen (contracten, licentie voorwaarden, bescherming van gegevens,...) waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de service delivery managers en andere I&T directies (I&T Security, Software-ontwikkeling en Architectuur & innovatie).
  • Je werkt samen met projectteams om de infrastructuur architectuur opdrachten uit te voeren en identificeert de noodzaak om de opzet aan te passen waar nodig.
  • Je neemt samen met je andere collega's IT architecten deel aan het ontwikkelen en beheren van de governance structuur.
  • Je verzorgt documentatie van je volledige architectuurontwerp.
  • Je bent ons klankbord om infrastructuur oplossingen te ontwikkelen.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

Technische Vaardigheden:

  • Netwerktechnologieën: Diepgaande kennis van netwerken, zoals LAN/WAN, SD-WAN (Cisco ACI en SDA), VPN (Palo Alto), en firewall-configuraties (VMware NSX-T, Palo Alto).
  • Applicaties en software: Ervaring met oplossingen voor mobile-device-management, unified communications & collaboration, databases (Oracle, Singlestore), operating systemen (Windows, Redhat Linux), Loadbalancing (Citrix), dataplatform technologie (Cloudera)
  • Server- en Opslagsystemen: Ervaring met servervirtualisatie (VMware), opslag- en backup systemen (Dell) en SAN/NAS-technologieën.
  • DevOps en Automatisering: Ervaring met CI/CD, containerisatie (Openshift -Kubernetes), en infrastructuur als code.
  • Veiligheid en Compliance: Kennis van beveiligingsnormen (bijv. ISO 27001, GDPR) en ervaring met het implementeren van beveiligingsoplossingen (bijv. SOC).
  • ITIL en architectuur frameworks: Ervaring met IT service management (ITIL) en enterprise architectuur frameworks.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Ervaring met het opstellen en implementeren van herstelplannen.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytisch Vermogen: Vaardigheid in het analyseren van complexe infrastructuren en het ontwikkelen van schaalbare oplossingen.
  • Leiderschap: Vermogen om multidisciplinaire teams te leiden en stakeholders te managen.
  • Communicatievaardigheden: Sterk in zowel technische als niet-technische communicatie met interne en externe partijen.
  • Probleemoplossend Vermogen: Snel identificeren en oplossen van technische problemen in grote infrastructuren.
  • Strategisch Denken: Vaardigheid om lange-termijn infrastructuurstrategieën te ontwikkelen die aansluiten op bedrijfsdoelen.

Ervaring:

  • Minimaal 8-10 jaar ervaring in IT-infrastructuur, waarvan enkele jaren in een leidinggevende of architectuursrol.
  • Ervaring met grote, complexe enterprise-omgevingen.
