Monitoren van systemen en het automatiseren van processen om de efficiëntie te verbeteren. Cruciale rol in het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van procedures en technische flows. Want jij bent onze #grootstetroef Wat doe je precies als Infrastructure Operations Engineer Zorg voor een stabiele en performante IT-infrastructuur. Los incidenten op als 2e en 3e lijn expert en voer duurzame oplossingen door. Monitor systemen en processen en onderneem actie bij afwijkingen. Beheer scheduling-jobs in Automic, en zorg dat alles tijdig draait. Werk samen met developers, support en servicedesk en dispatch problemen waar nodig. Verbeter de infrastructuur proactief via monitoring, automatisering en dashboarding. Bereid upgrades en onderhoud voor en voer ze correct uit. Werk zelfstandig in een agile team en documenteer je werk in Jira en Confluence. Iets voor jou? Breng minstens 5 jaar ervaring mee in een infrastructuurrol binnen een complexe IT-omgeving. Toon aantoonbare ervaring met mainframe-omgevingen – dit is een must. Werk vlot met Windows- en Linuxservers; leer deze systemen niet van nul. Denk analytisch, werk probleemoplossend en neem verantwoordelijkheid. Pas ITIL-principes toe en toon affiniteit met service management. Communiceer helder en professioneel, ook in stressvolle situaties. Neem op termijn deel aan het permanentiesysteem. Spreek vlot Nederlands en Engels; red je ook in het Frans? Je krijgt een contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u) met flexibele werkuren en 40 betaalde verlof- en feestdagen (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen). Je hebt de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken met een forfaitaire thuiswerkvergoeding van €120,88 netto/maand. Een bedrijfswagen + nationale laadkaart behoren ook tot jouw loonpakket. Daarnaast krijg je maaltijdcheques van €8/dag, ecocheques van €205 en cadeaucheques van €40 op jaarbasis. We bieden jou een uitgebreid verzekeringspakket: een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspaarplan, overlijdensdekking en verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij langdurige ziekte).
