Nous recrutons un(e) Customer Care Officer bilingue FR/NL pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique chez IBGraf
Langues : bilingue français/néerlandais, l'anglais est un atout
Challenges : Assurer le service support client, analyser les solutions, s'adapter aux demandes spécifiques, collaborer avec différentes équipes, former des profils différents et se mettre à niveau constamment.

En tant que Customer Care Officer, tu es le premier contact de nos clients néerlandophones et francophones. Tu les aides avec efficacité, patience et enthousiasme, en transformant chaque question technique ou fonctionnelle en une expérience positive.
Répondre aux demandes clients en néerlandais et en français ;
Collaborer avec nos équipes projet et développement pour faire avancer les dossiers rapidement.
Tu es diplômé(e) en comptabilité, en informatique de gestion ou tu as une expérience équivalente
Un CDI à la clé dans une entreprise solide et humaine.
