Reviewing work instructions together with the Project Manager Site visit and evaluation of the assembly work Searching for solutions to technical problems taking into account the predetermined budget Determining resources: required materials, tools, personnel, etc. Briefing the work schedule with the teams Checking the order, cleanliness and safety of the site and preparing the requested reports Leading, organising and coordinating the various teams (5 to 20 employees) and site activities. Verifying that the execution of the project corresponds to the customer's request Welcoming, coordinating and administering the subcontractors involved Drawing up the punch list: listing outstanding tasks and following up their implementation Helping with the compilation of the technical file and collecting the necessary documents for it Working on the sites themselves, in close contact with the workers, the client and the Project Manager A bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position Good knowledge of piping and mechanical construction Good proven leadership skills Be communicative and customer-oriented Willing to travel to sites all over Belgium A competitive salary in line with your education and experience Interesting training and development opportunities Group and hospitalisation insurance Eco- and meal vouchers, 13th month Smartphone with subscription Seniority leave Our client is a multi-technical service provider offering a complete service from design to installation, maintenance and financing.
