SciNova are exclusively supporting an international Biopharmaceutical organisation in the Walloon region who're seeking a Maintenance Manager to support their expanding operations and ensure the reliability of high-tech process equipment + facility management in a complex and regulated setting.
This person will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients production and laboratory facilities. You will manage a team of technicians who work across multiple shifts that perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team across mechanical, electrical, and utilities disciplines.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimise downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to support batch readiness, deviations, and CAPA activities.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
Support audits (internal and external) and ensure all maintenance documentation meets GMP standards.
Technical education in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, automation + relevant work experience.
Fluent French.
