Operations Trainee (iGaming) Location: Are you looking to develop your career in operations, payments, risk, and compliance within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment? We're seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to support key business functions, focusing on payment processes, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
This role requires a strong technical mindset, as you will work closely with Product and Tech teams to support platform improvements, automation, and system integrations. If you have experience or knowledge in payments, compliance, risk, and fraud detection, and a solid understanding of technical concepts, we want to hear from you
Regulatory & Compliance Support – Help ensure compliance with Belgian Gaming Commission (BGC) regulations, track regulatory requests, and align operations with legal requirements.
Risk & Fraud Prevention – Analyse fraud patterns, assist in automating fraud detection, and collaborate on risk assessment strategies.
Technical Collaboration & Automation – Work with Product and Tech teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, support process automation, and improve operational workflows.
Technical skills – ability to understand system integrations, automation, and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
