Expert Machine Learning Engineer

Telework: 50% on-site / 50% remote
We are looking for an Expert Machine Learning Engineer to help shape the vision and technical roadmap of an advanced employee virtual assistant. In this role, you will be instrumental in building production-ready ML solutions, ensuring seamless integration with IT production systems, and mentoring other team members on best practices.
Collaborate with Data Scientists to design ML solutions with production constraints in mind (real-time responses, processing volumes, API synchronicity).
Build and deploy Python microservices, defining clear service boundaries for efficient teamwork.
Share your expertise in Swagger, mocking, testing, and industrial coding standards with your colleagues.
At least 6 years of relevant experience in ML/AI engineering.
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Containerization & Cloud Computing
Code, model & data versioning
Languages: English (mandatory), French/Dutch (nice to have)
Creative problem solver, proactive in learning and knowledge sharing
