With 3,000 talented individuals across 10 countries, join us in shaping the future of the luxury supply chain OVERVIEW Reporting to the COO, the Marketing & Communication Manager develops and executes Rosy Blue group's marketing and communication strategy, strengthens brand visibility, drives cross-departmental alignment, and produces high-quality visual and written content across internal and external channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Brand Identity Develop the overall marketing and communication strategy, track ROI and manage budgets. Turn strategic goals into clear, actionable operational plans and ensure their effective execution. Produce clear, engaging communication for external partners, and internal teams. Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints. Build and manage the annual content calendar aligned with strategic objectives. Propose innovative ideas, think creatively, and design differentiating campaigns. Content Creation Create all marketing & communication materials, from visual to written content (brochures, presentations, cards, booth designs, infographics, social media, etc.) Manage photoshoots and video productions, from planning to delivery. Collaborate with external creatives when specialized expertise is required. Collect, analyse, and leverage BI insights (market trends, industry developments, etc.) to adapt communication strategy and content. Actively gather and monitor internal updates across the group to fuel content creation and ensure visibility of key initiatives. Use AI tools to streamline content creation, ideation, as well as to manage reporting and automation. External Communication Manage social media (including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), website, corporate templates, and any ad-hoc project(s). Monitor performance and engagement to refine content approach. Manage press and media relations, including interactions with journalists and preparation of press articles. Internal Communication Develop and manage internal communication tools, including internal newsletters and announcements. Foster alignment and engagement across teams through clear and consistent communication. Events Coordinate all aspects of trade shows and industry events. Organize company events such as team-building activities and internal gatherings. PROFILE Experience 3 to 7 years in a marketing or communication role. Autonomy will be adjusted to seniority, aiming for full ownership of the function. Experience in the luxury industry is preferred — alternatively, a strong interest and sensitivity for the world of luxury is essential. Hard skills Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) to create high-quality visuals, and strong sense of visual storytelling. Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, impactful messages. Strong project management abilities, able to coordinate, influence, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Solid analytical skills, including data interpretation, trend monitoring, and the use of dashboards. Comfortable using AI tools, automation, and digital productivity solutions to enhance efficiency and creativity. Soft skills Creativity, strategic thinking, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Adaptative, organizational skills and attention to detail.
