Voor de site in Wijgmaal (Leuven) zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde: Afdelingshoofd Productie / Production Engineer Als afdelingshoofd productie van rijstzetmeel bij Beneo – Remy ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een productie-eenheid. Je optimaliseert processen, analyseert prestaties en zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle werking van de productielijn. Je werkt nauw samen met interne diensten zoals Kwaliteit, HR, Supply Chain en Onderhoud. Wat je belangrijkste taken zijn Organiseren van de productie zodat de productiedoelstellingen zo efficiënt mogelijk behaald worden in samenwerking met de Productie Manager Sturen, coachen en verder ontwikkelen van de teamleaders in de productie Plannen van onderhoud en productie Uitvoeren van de evaluatiegesprekken met de teamleaders Opvolgen en uitvoeren van het Safety Health Environment & Quality beleid Analyseren van de processen en deelnemen aan verbeterings- en uitbreidingsprojecten.
