Veiligheid is geen checklist. Geen stoffige map in een kast. Het is een mindset. En die mindset zoek jij verder vorm te geven.
Door de groei en de verdere verdieping van het HSE-domein, is er een gloednieuwe rol gecreëerd: HSE Manager. Jij wordt dé spil voor alles wat met veiligheid te maken heeft in Nederland en België.
Jouw missie
Samen met de operationele leiders bouw je aan een omgeving waar veilig werken vanzelfsprekend is. Jij neemt het voortouw, vertaalt processen naar gedrag op de werkvloer en zorgt dat veiligheid écht geleefd wordt.
Concreet:
Implementeren van een safety management systeem en zorgen dat het werkt.
Uitvoeren van risk assessments en samen met operations high-risk taken identificeren en ontwikkelen.
Onderhoud en verificaties van machines en tools opvolgen.
Veiligheidsinformatiebladen voor chemische stoffen beschikbaar maken, risicoanalyses en operationele procedures opstellen.
Operationele leidinggevenden adviseren over veilig gebruik van apparatuur.
Veiligheidsobservaties uitvoeren en hierover communiceren.
Veiligheidstrainingen geven, ondersteunen en stimuleren.
Een lean, waardegericht HSE-proceskader opstellen.
Wat jij meebrengt
Minstens preventieadviseur niveau 2 (niveau 3 is bespreekbaar).
VCA-basis.
Bachelor in engineering.
Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een internationale omgeving met 250+ medewerkers.
Praktijkervaring met continuous improvement.
Vlot in Engels en Nederlands
Bereid om 50% van de tijd te reizen, vooral Duitsland, voor DPM-meetings en KPI-opvolging.
