We understand how important this is to the committed individuals we need in our teams to realise our ambitions. You have an in depth understanding of the LIMS Application landscape and initiate improvements to optimize system performance and reliability. You will oversee the delivery of technical LIMS support services, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of user issues and requests.
As Business Consultant and Application Expert, you will be in close contact with the BU lab responsible, and translate their requirements into technical solutions and configuration. You will lead and execute small and medium size projects from functional requirements analysis to solution delivery. Bachelor applied IT or master in information technology or computer science.
Profound understanding of IT infrastructure components and architectures.
Experience in technical support, incident management, and proactive maintenance activities.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in LIMS applications.
