Jouw Rol:

Als Chatbot Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, optimalisatie en het strategisch inzetten van chatbots. Je zorgt ervoor dat chatbots niet alleen efficiënt werken, maar ook bijdragen aan een optimale customer journey.

Strategie & Innovatie – Ontwikkel en implementeer een chatbotvisie die naadloos aansluit op de digitale strategie.

Stakeholdermanagement – Neem je Senior Management en Business Stakeholders mee in jouw Chatbot Value Proposition

Lead – Leid de implementatie en integratie van chatbots doorheen de verschillende digitale kanalen

Data-gedreven Optimalisatie – Analyseer gebruikersinteracties en verbeter de chatbotprestaties op basis van data en market trends.

AI & Innovatie – Verken continue nieuwe technologieën en mogelijkheden om chatbots slimmer en effectiever te maken.

Wat We Zoeken:

Ervaring in chatbotstrategie in combinatie met voldoende technische affiniteit om de doorvertaling van Strategie naar Tactisch en Operationeel niveau goed te begeleiden

Analytisch sterk: je gebruikt data om de chatbots continu te verbeteren.

Innovatieve en toekomstgerichte visie op AI

Communicatief sterk en in staat om draagvlak te creëren op verschillende niveaus doorheen de organisatie.
