Our client is a leading software developer in Europe. They are looking to strengthen their sales department with a new Inside Sales Representative who will be based in Zaventem. Your Mission : The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in managing sales and customer relationships. This includes both the sale of software solutions and hardware products that support our clients in their daily operations. Their responsibilities cover several areas: 1. Customer and prospect management: You act as the main point of contact for customers and prospects via telephone, email, or Teams and ensure efficient and professional follow-up of their requests. 2. Management of orders and customer requests: You monitor the progress of orders and customer requests, ensure timely deliveries, and take the lead in quickly and adequately resolving any issues to optimize customer satisfaction. 3. Preparing quotations: You develop customized quotations tailored to the specific needs of the customer, follow them up closely, and ensure that they are converted into successful sales. 4. Preparing contracts and documents: You will ensure the accurate preparation of contracts and other commercial documents, ensuring timely and error-free dispatch. 5. Sales, up-selling, and cross-selling: You will identify strategic opportunities for additional sales and cross-selling to improve customer satisfaction and build long-term, profitable customer relationships. Your Profile: • Initial experience is a plus, but not a requirement, motivation and eagerness to learn are just as important; • You have commercial instincts, good communication skills, and a strong team spirit; • You are naturally focused on success and achieving results; • You have sharp organizational skills and work accurately, with excellent command of MS Office; • You have an affinity with IT, hardware & software. • You have a good command of Dutch and French, both verbally and in writing. Our Offer: • You will be part of a small, dynamic team within a leading software developer in Europe. • Full-time contract of indefinite duration. • Attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits such as performance based compensation, meal vouchers, group insurance, hospitalization insurance, a net allowance and homeworking (2 days/week). Good work-life balance: 20 vacation days and 12 ADV days per year.
