The family company Stadsbader was founded in 1946 in Harelbeke. In the meanwhile, the company is directed by third generation Dominique Valcke. The acquisitions of Deckx AO and Deckx EM in Dessel (2009), Van Maercke Prefab in Kluisbergen (2014) and BAM Contractors (2022) were a strong expansion of the specialisation segments and a reinforcement of the market position. Today the group is daily active in about 250 construction sites in Belgian and the neighbouring countries. Functieomschrijving Jouw rol Als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke ben je de spilfiguur binnen onze werkplaats in Dessel. Je vormt de schakel tussen het tekenbureau en de uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat alles op technisch, organisatorisch en administratief vlak vlot verloopt. Dankzij jouw technische expertise en leiderschap weten teams exact wat er moet gebeuren en wanneer. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt tussen het tekenbureau en de uitvoerende teams (lassers, werkvoorbereiders, …). Samen met de...
