De core business van deze succesvolle en groeiende onderneming is het ontwerpen en bouwen van complete procesinstallaties in de food & beverage industrie. Zij zoeken een Engineering Project Manager.
Het bedrijf – dat binnenkort verhuist naar een splinternieuwe locatie in regio Mechelen - bestaat uit een hecht team van gepassioneerde professionals. Zij hebben een unieke marktpositie, door niet enkel in te zetten op grote projecten maar klanten ook oplossingen op maat te bieden voor kleine en middelgrote uitdagingen.
Om de gestage groei te ondersteunen wil men het team uitbreiden met een:

Functieomschrijving
Als Engineering Project Manager heb je de verantwoordelijkheid over process engineering-projecten voor en bij klanten. Je beheert het project van A tot Z, waarbij je naast technische, communicatieve en projectmanagement-vaardigheden ook people-skills nodig hebt om je projectteam succesvol te leiden.
Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je analyseert de vraagstelling van de klant aan de hand van RFQ's of andere informatie.
- Je definieert een oplossing, waarbij een duidelijke scope, aanpak van het project en kostenraming worden opgesteld.
- Je stelt een projectteam samen, met bijvoorbeeld een project engineer, een ontwerper/tekenaar, een constructie-ingenieur...
- Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw team correcte P&ID's, 3D schema's en een duidelijke projectplanning aflevert, die je met de klant aftoetst.
- Kick-off bij de klant en opvolgingsvergaderingen ter plaatse.
- Je bewaakt de kosten (werkuren & materiaal) tijdens de projectuitvoering.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een gedocumenteerde en gekwalificeerde oplevering van de procesinstallatie (IQ, OQ en/of PQ). Als Project Manager ben je persoonlijk aanwezig bij de test-/kwalificatie-momenten.
- Je volgt doorheen het project facturatie en betalingen op.
- Indien relevant maak je een nacalculatie op en bespreek je de "lessons learned" met het team.
- Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager.
Functieprofiel
- Een diploma van bachelor of master industriële wetenschappen / industrieel ingenieur / bio-ingenieur.
- Je hebt ervaring als projectmanager/projectleider. Je weet van aanpakken inzake planning & budgettering (opmaak en opvolging).
- Je hebt behoefte aan autonomie en je neemt graag initiatief.
- Je hebt goede analytische, communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Bij voorkeur heb je kennis van pompen/kleppen/instrumentatie.
- Kennis van RVS piping en constructie is meegenomen.
- Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels.
