Corporate Income Tax Manager

- Oversee and manage the group's corporate tax compliance, including monthly tax provisions and deferred tax calculations, with a focus on the German and Dutch entities.
- Lead the coordination and management of local tax audits, particularly in Germany and the Netherlands.
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and manage the group’s transfer pricing processes.
- Identify and implement improvements in the group’s tax procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain strong internal controls over all aspects of the tax function to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Proactively identify and mitigate tax risks to protect the group's financial interests.
- Drive the development and implementation of strategic tax planning initiatives.
- Stay updated on tax legislation and regulatory changes, assessing their potential impact on the group.
- Support tax-related projects, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance/Tax.
- Fluency in English and German is essential ; Dutch is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years in domestic (ideally Germany/Netherlands) and international taxation, including transfer pricing and tax audit management.
- Knowledge of IAS 12 deferred income taxes is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
