Tijdens de eerste maanden krijg je ondersteuning van een mentor, die je wegwijs maakt in de Smals-architectuur en waardevolle begeleiding biedt. Naarmate je meer ervaring en kennis opdoet, groei je door in het domein dat het best bij je past. Je takenpakket varieert afhankelijk van je ervaring, sterktes en het team waarin je terechtkomt. Enkele mogelijkheden zijn:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor meerdere applicaties, domeinen of platformen. Je coördineert de geplande infrastructuur changes en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Je communiceert met de betrokken partijen, van de voorbereiding tot de evaluatie achteraf. Bij incidenten herstel je de service snel en analyseer je de oorzaak om toekomstige incidenten te voorkomen.
- Je werkt transversaal en klant georiënteerd. Je zorgt dat de SLA's nageleefd worden en je houdt de directie en klanten op de hoogte.
- Je focust je op de goede werking van de technische infrastructuur:
van performantiecijfers en updates tot capaciteitsopvolging. Je bereidt releases voor en coördineert ze volgens het vastgestelde schema. Je coördineert met als doel de dagelijkse gang van zaken zo min mogelijk te verstoren. Daarnaast geef je de projectleiders advies als er veranderingen in de technische infrastructuur op komst zijn.
Profiel
- Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een IT-gerelateerde richting en je bouwde een mooie ervaring uit in één van onderstaande domeinen:
- Je hebt enige jaren aantoonbare ervaring in IT, met een focus op technische infrastructuur en toepassingen, bij voorkeur bij grote bedrijven.
- Je hebt ervaring in projectcoördinatie en hebt een sterke affiniteit met IT. Je staat open om je IT-kennis verder uit te breiden naar een of meerdere toepassingsgebieden.
- Methodologieën als ITIL of Prince2 en PMBOK zijn niet nieuw voor jou en als je nog niet gecertificeerd bent, ben je bereid om de ITIL en Prince2-certificering te behalen bij Smals.
- Kennis op het gebied van cybersecurity (SIEM, phishing, DNS-aanvallen, firewalls...) is een troef.
- In je rol staat communicatie en coördinatie centraal. Je beheerst vloeiend Nederlands en hebt voldoende kennis van het Frans om actief deel te nemen aan vergaderingen. Bijkomende kennis van technisch Engels is vereist.
- Je staat bekend om je sterke verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, klantgerichte aanpak en resultaatgerichtheid. Zelfstandig werken is voor jou geen probleem. Je bent georganiseerd en kan prioriteiten stellen.
- Je kan risico’s analyseren, beslissingen nemen en bent stressbestendig.
- Je hebt een positieve en proactieve mindset:
je bent leergierig en als er skills ontbreken, ontwikkel je ze graag via onze interne Smals Academy.
