La SNCB est à la recherche d’un Senior Financial Expert « Controlling & Analytics » pour rejoindre l’équipe dynamique qui assiste le Head of Financial Planning, Strategy and Control. Ce service traite, en toute conformité, les états financiers statutaires et analytiques de l’ensemble des activités de la SNCB dont, notamment, celles en lien avec notre Contrat de Service Public (CSP) 2022-2032. Ce contrat qui régit l’ensemble des activités de service public de la SNCB vise à faire de la SNCB l'épine dorsale de la mobilité en Belgique sur une période de 10 ans. L'objectif du contrat comprend l'élargissement de l'offre aux passagers et l'amélioration des services pour renforcer l'entreprise à la lumière de la libéralisation prochaine des chemins de fer européens.En tant que Senior Financial Expert, vous assurez la conformité des états financiers statutaires et analytiques (actuals, forecast, budget) aux dispositions du contrat de service public et aux normes externes en vigueur. Vous intervenez de manière déterminante dans les processus de finance analytique, de budget et de forecast nouveaux, issus des dispositions du contrat de service public et détenez une vue transversale de l’ensemble de l’entreprise. Vous effectuez différents contrôles et supervisez les calculs récurrents requis par le contrat de service public. Vous contribuez au processus de révision triennale, mid-term review (analyse juridico-financière, négociations avec la tutelle…). Vous coordonnez et mettez en œuvre les aspects financiers du programme ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) de la SNCB et ses implications, en terme de reporting financier. Compétences techniques :
Vous êtes capable de résumer des informations analytiques, budgétaires et prévisionnelles dans des notes/présentations didactiques/pédagogiques à l'attention du Management, des Organes de Gestion de la SNCB, l'Etat belge et le Collège des Commissaires. Vous avez un bon niveau de néerlandais. Vous pouvez opter pour la location d’un vélo, d’une voiture flex, pour le remboursement de l'épargne-pension, etc. Un horaire flexible, la possibilité de télétravailler et 33 jours de congés par an. Un abonnement de train en Belgique, des réductions sur les lignes internationales et une indemnité vélo. Postulez en ligne.
