Directeur Logistics & Supply Chain
Poste stratégique au sein du Comité de Direction – Scope Europe, Chine & Asie
Nous recherchons un Directeur Logistics & Supply Chain capable de piloter nos opérations logistiques à l'échelle internationale. Ce rôle clé, intégré au Comité de Direction, exige une vision stratégique combinée à une approche pragmatique et opérationnelle. Vous évoluerez dans une structure à taille humaine avec un atelier de production, représentant une grande PME dynamique et en forte croissance.
Vos missions principales :
- Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de production, qualité et supply chain alignée avec les objectifs globaux du groupe.
- Superviser l'unité de production pour maximiser l'efficacité et garantir l'excellence opérationnelle.
- Gérer les flux logistiques et d'approvisionnement au niveau mondial, tout en optimisant les coûts et les délais.
- Développer et suivre des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour garantir l'atteinte des objectifs industriels et logistiques.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes R&D pour assurer la faisabilité industrielle des nouveaux produits.
- Garantir la conformité qualité en respectant les normes internationales et en supervisant les audits.
- Gérer et coordonner des équipes dans une structure matricielle à l'échelle internationale.
- Identifier des opportunités de synergies et d'économies d'échelle .
- Être un acteur de terrain, capable d'intervenir directement sur les opérations si nécessaire.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée en gestion industrielle dans un contexte international et matriciel.
- Leadership affirmé, avec une capacité à fédérer des équipes multiculturelles et transversales.
- Forte orientation "hands-on", tout en ayant une vision stratégique et une approche globale.
- Expertise en production, logistique, et optimisation des processus dans un environnement exigeant.
- Solide compréhension des enjeux qualité et supply chain dans un cadre international.
