Senior Data Engineer

You have a deep knowledge in cloud-based data solution, specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem . Your role involves understanding both Microsoft Synapse and Microsoft Fabric architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless transition of data workloads.
Analyze existing Synapse pipelines, data models, and workloads to identify challenges and dependencies.
Migrate data models, SQL pools, data lakes, and pipelines from Synapse to Fabric with minimal disruption to the business.
Ensure that ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows are properly re-engineered or migrated to Fabric.
Work with data scientists, analysts, and business intelligence teams to ensure smooth transition of data workloads.
Deep knowledge of SQL and experience working with Azure SQL , Azure Data Lake , Azure Synapse SQL Pools , and Azure Data Factory .
~ Strong understanding of data governance , security policies , and compliance in cloud environments.
~ Fluent in French, good command in English is required.
~5+ years university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field + at least 5 years of professional experience.
~ Azure Data Engineer Associate or similar certification.
