Als IT Solution Advisor help je klanten hun IT-infrastructuur voor de toekomst te optimaliseren. Je werkt met Microsoft 365-toepassingen zoals Teams en SharePoint, netwerkoplossingen en cloudtechnologieën om bedrijven naar een efficiënte, moderne werkplek te begeleiden.
Je fungeert als schakel tussen sales- en technische consultants, waarbij je klanten op een heldere en concrete manier oplossingen presenteert. Kwaliteit en innovatie staan altijd centraal in jouw aanpak.
Je ondersteunt sales consultants met technische expertise en denkt actief mee met de klant om de beste oplossing te realiseren.
Je onderhoudt IT-infrastructuren bij klanten en voert projecten uit die bijdragen aan hun succes.
Je werkt zelfstandig en proactief, met flexibiliteit om te schakelen tussen thuiswerken, klantlocaties en kantoor.

Technische expertise: Je hebt ervaring als consultant, waarbij je klanten begeleidt van analyse tot implementatie en nazorg, met het ontwerpen van op maat gemaakte oplossingen.
Je ondersteunt het salesproces door projectomvang te definiëren, offertes op te stellen en klanten te adviseren over de beste oplossingen.
Je legt technische informatie op een duidelijke manier uit aan zowel technische teams als C-level klanten, en bouwt vertrouwen op met klanten en stakeholders.

Vervolgens nodigen we je uit voor een technisch gesprek, waarin je onze werkomgeving ontdekt en we dieper ingaan op jouw technische kennis.
