De herlaadbare batterijmaterialen van Umicore geven mensen autonomie en connectiviteit. Wij zijn een pionier in batterijmaterialen die het bereik en de prestaties van elektrische voertuigen vergroten. Onze materialen zorgen ook voor een langere levensduur van draagbare elektronica. Om onze klanten in staat te stellen nog beter presterende batterijen te produceren, kunnen we niet stil blijven staan. We moeten nieuwe manieren vinden om dingen te doen, nieuwe oplossingen ontdekken en nieuwe ideeën ontwikkelen. En dat is waar jij in beeld komt. Wat je gaat doen Door de groei en wereldwijde aanwezigheid van RBM is een speciale functie binnen informatie- en cyberbeveiliging van vitaal belang. RBM heeft geïnvesteerd in een IT-infrastructuursjabloon dat voldoet aan de marktnormen en dat in alle entiteiten wordt geïmplementeerd en de standaard wordt voor toekomstige uitbreidingsplannen. De toekomst ziet er rooskleurig uit voor RBM Daarom moeten we er bovenop blijven zitten. De Information Security and Infrastructure Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van de informatiesystemen en gegevens van RBM tegen cyberdreigingen, waaronder het ontwikkelen en implementeren van beveiligingsstrategieën en -beleid, het controleren op inbreuken en het reageren op incidenten. Deze rol is erg spannend en omvat samenwerking met beveiligingsteams en andere afdelingen om de beveiliging in alle activiteiten te integreren, het implementeren en onderhouden van beveiligingssystemen, het uitvoeren van regelmatige beoordelingen, het op de hoogte blijven van trends op het gebied van cyberbeveiliging en het verzorgen van trainingen voor medewerkers over standaardprocessen. De manager stelt ook reactie- en herstelplannen op voor cyberaanvallen en houdt de organisatie op de hoogte van dergelijke kwesties De belangrijkste focus of rol van de functiehouder kan als volgt worden samengevat (altijd in nauwe samenwerking met het IT-infrastructuurteam). Bescherm de informatiesystemen en gegevens van uw organisatie met onze deskundige Information Security and Infrastructure Manager. Wij ontwikkelen en implementeren beveiligingsstrategieën en -beleid, houden toezicht op inbreuken op de beveiliging en reageren op incidenten. Wij werken samen met andere afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat beveiliging wordt geïntegreerd in alle aspecten van de activiteiten en implementeren en onderhouden beveiligingssystemen zoals Firewalls en inbraakdetectiesystemen. Door regelmatige beveiligingsbeoordelingen en door op de hoogte te blijven van trends op het gebied van cyberbeveiliging blijven we bedreigingen voor. Ons team kan ook training en opleiding geven aan werknemers over best practices op het gebied van beveiliging, zodat naleving van de IT-normen van het bedrijf wordt gewaarborgd. Samen met onze Information Security and Infrastructure Manager relaties opbouwen en beheren met externe beveiligingsleveranciers en partners. Daarnaast moet je Zorgen voor de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de IT-systemen en netwerken van de organisatie om de bedrijfsvoering te ondersteunen. Het implementeren van cyberbeveiligingsmaatregelen om de gegevens en systemen van de organisatie te beschermen tegen cyberdreigingen. Identificeren en beperken van potentiële risico's voor de technologische infrastructuur en cyberbeveiliging van de organisatie. Het definiëren en uitvoeren van plannen om de IT-systemen en netwerken van de organisatie te moderniseren en te upgraden om aan de veranderende bedrijfsbehoeften te voldoen. Zorgen voor naleving van industriële normen en voorschriften met betrekking tot technologie-infrastructuur en cyberbeveiliging. Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat technologische infrastructuur en cyberbeveiliging worden gecoördineerd in de algemene bedrijfsstrategie van de organisatie. Leiding en mentorschap geven aan teams van IT- en beveiligingsprofessionals om ervoor te zorgen dat de inspanningen op het vlak van technologische infrastructuur en cyberbeveiliging afgestemd zijn op de doelstellingen van Umicore. Relaties opbouwen en beheren met externe leveranciers en partners om de technologische infrastructuur en de cyberbeveiligingsinspanningen van de organisatie te ondersteunen. Bent u ook goed in het bouwen van bruggen binnen een organisatie? In uw rol moet u ook de technologische infrastructuur en de cyberbeveiligingsinspanningen van de organisatie afstemmen op de algemene bedrijfsstrategie. Wie we zoeken Bachelor/Master diploma op het gebied van IT/Informatica met minimaal 5 jaar professionele ervaring op het gebied van Informatiebeveiliging in het automotive domein. ISO/IEC 27001, Tisax kennis, audit ervaring. Sterke analytische vaardigheden om beveiligingsvereisten te analyseren en deze te relateren aan passende beveiligingscontroles. Diepgaande kennis van en inzicht in informatierisico-concepten en -beginselen, als middel om zakelijke behoeften te relateren aan beveiligingscontroles. Sterke schriftelijke en verbale communicatievaardigheden. Uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, waaronder teamwork, onderhandelen, overtuigen en relatiebeheer.
