The acquisitions of Deckx AO and Deckx EM in Dessel (2009), Van Maercke Prefab in Kluisbergen (2014) and BAM Contractors (2022) were a strong expansion of the specialisation segments and a reinforcement of the market position.
Today the group is daily active in about 250 construction sites in Belgian and the neighbouring countries.
Als calculator binnen Stadsbader ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en voorbereiden van bouwprojecten, zowel op administratief als technisch vlak.
Je zal werken aan projecten in zowel de algemene bouw als staalbouw: bedrijfsgebouwen, distributiecentra, productiehallen, utiliteitsbouw, petrochemie, silo batterijen, enz.
Je zal prijsaanvragen opstellen en uitsturen naar mogelijke onderaannemers, leveranciers.
Ook zal je analyseren en vergelijken van de prijsoffertes die door ons worden gemaakt, de opvolging gebeurt ook door jou samen met de vertegenwoordigers.
Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren team waarmee je kan 'sparren'.
Beschik jij over een technisch inzicht en een analytisch denkvermorgen ? Kan je op een creatieve manier out of the box denken? Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, kennis van het Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
