Onze klant is een vooraanstaand publiek nutsbedrijf met kantoor in centrum Antwerpen.
Job Description :
Je zal de IT-infrastructuur, de systeemsoftware en de netwerkcomponenten van onze klant beheren, in lijn met de IT-strategie, zodat de organisatie kan beschikken over betrouwbare en performante IT systemen en toepassingen.
- Je wordt het interne en externe operationele ICT-aanspreekpunt van onze opdrachtgever;
- Je zal 2e en 3e lijns- ICT probleemmeldingen oplossen die door de medewerkers van de helpdesk geëscaleerd worden;
- Je zal operationele systeemtaken doorvoeren en actief bijdragen in het managen van ICT-projecten;
- Je zal interne en externe partners aansturen, en je zal ondersteuning bieden aan de Engineering afdeling van onze klant;
- Je zal interne infosessies en opleidingen organiseren;
- Je zal een optimale beschikbaarheid van de IT en OT systemen waarborgen, mede door deelname aan de wachtdienst IT.
Requirements :
- Je hebt een bachelor in een ICT gerelateerde discipline, of je bent evenwaardig door relevante professionele ervaring;
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante professionele ervaring;
- Je hebt ervaring met het managen van ICT Projecten, in een OT omgeving;
- Je hebt goede kennis van PC- en server hardware, Operating Systems, netwerken, Scada systemen, Active Directory en databases;
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B;
- Je hebt de bereidheid om sporadisch mee te draaien in een wachtdienst;
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht en je bent communicatief;
- Je hebt de drive, passie en energie om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands;
- Je woont op max 45 minuten van de grote markt van Antwerpen.
