System Engineer Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en detailgerichte Junior System Engineer om het dynamische IT-team van onze klant te versterken. De ideale kandidaat speelt een cruciale rol bij het bieden van technische ondersteuning, het implementeren van IT-oplossingen en het waarborgen van de systeemstabiliteit op verschillende klantlocaties in Wallonië. Dit is een praktijkgerichte functie voor iemand die gepassioneerd is door technologie en zijn/haar vaardigheden verder wil ontwikkelen in een klantgerichte omgeving. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Technische Ondersteuning: Bieden van on-site en remote technische ondersteuning aan klanten. Diagnosticeren en oplossen van hardware-, software- en netwerkproblemen. Waarborgen van systeemstabiliteit en prestaties door het toepassen van best practices. Systeemimplementatie & Onderhoud: Assisteren bij de implementatie en configuratie van IT-systemen, waaronder servers, werkstations en netwerken. Uitvoeren van routineonderhoud, updates en upgrades van klantsystemen. Monitoren van systeemprestaties en proactief aanpakken van mogelijke problemen. Klantcontact: Fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische behoeften van klanten. Zorgen voor duidelijke en effectieve communicatie, inclusief documentatie van problemen en oplossingen. Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten om een hoge mate van tevredenheid te garanderen. Samenwerking & Ontwikkeling: Nauwe samenwerking met het senior engineering team om op maat gemaakte IT-oplossingen te leveren. Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe technologieën om verbeteringen voor te stellen. Deelnemen aan trainingen en kennisdelingssessies om vaardigheden te verbeteren. Kwalificaties: Opleiding & Ervaring: Bachelor in Computerwetenschappen, IT of een gerelateerd vakgebied (of gelijkwaardige praktische ervaring). 1-2 jaar ervaring in IT-ondersteuning of systeembeheer. Technische Vaardigheden: Kennis van Windows-besturingssystemen. Begrip van netwerkfundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls). Ervaring met gangbare enterprise tools zoals Active Directory en Office 365. Inzicht in virtualisatie (bijv. VMware, Hyper-V). Soft Skills: Uitstekende probleemoplossende en troubleshooting vaardigheden. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Frans (Nederlands is een grote plus). Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en meerdere prioriteiten effectief te beheren.
