In order to accelerate the growth of our consulting activities in the Belgian market, Avertim is currently looking for a Business Manager able to support the development of Avertim's consulting activities.
Being a Business Manager means that you will act as a trusted partner to help our business grow while developing your own team of consultants.
As a Business Manager, you are responsible for:
- Project and contract Management: Managing one or more projects and ensuring successful project delivery towards our clients.
- Business Development: Developing consulting activities and offerings around Avertim's key service lines: increase performance, drive innovation and leverage compliance.
- Team Leadership: Building and developing your own team of high potential consultants (including career and personal development), in close cooperation with Avertim HR department.
Your Background:
- You hold a Master's Degree in either Business, Business Management or equivalent
- You have a proven experience in Management
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
- You have strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, perseverance, and ambition
- You show resilience and are willing to go the extra mile
