SII Belgium is looking for a dynamic and organized Project Management Officer to join our team You’ll act as a key facilitator between teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational standards.

Support project teams in planning, resource allocation, and timeline monitoring, using dynamic methods (e.g., Track project risks and mitigation plans, leading risk reviews and integrating scenarios into planning.
Prepare reporting and financial tracking, providing clear visibility on progress, KPIs, and budgets.
Promote PM best practices, train teams on tools/processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a PMO in complex environments.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PERT, Prince2, PMP…).
Ongoing training and certification support.
