You are not just a consultant: you grow with us while making an impact for our clients. </p><p> At Phinest, you’ll find the right balance between professional growth, meaningful projects, and a collaborative environment. </p><p></p><p><b> Position: Business Analyst </b></p><p></p><p><b> Responsibilities: </b></p><p></p><ul><li><b> Requirements Gathering </b> : Work with users and stakeholders to identify and document functional and technical requirements for IT projects. </li><li><b> Data Collection and Analysis </b> : Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support strategic decision-making. </li><li><b> Analysis and Modeling </b> : Use modeling techniques to analyze requirements and propose suitable solutions.. </li><li><b> Solution Development </b> : Develop and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality. </li><li><b> Stakeholder Collaboration </b> : Collaborate closely with management teams, end-users, and developers to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs. </li><li><b> Implementation and Monitoring </b> : Assist in implementing new solutions and monitor their performance to ensure effectiveness. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Skills and Qualifications: </b></p><p></p><ul><li> Master Degree. </li><li>5+ years of experience as Business Analyst. </li><li> Strong understanding of information systems and software development processes. </li><li> Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. </li><li> Ability to present complex data in an understandable way and make clear strategic recommendations. </li><li> Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software like Tableau or Power BI. </li><li> Ability to design and implement effective prioritization solutions. </li><li> Fluent in French and English, dutch is an asset. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What We Offer: </b></p><p></p><p> Our focus is to develop a <b> long-term collaboration </b> with our talented consultants.
